Ma toute première brioche !
De vue, comme ça, elle a l'air appétissante, mais hélas le goût n'a pas suivi l'image !
J'espère que vous ferez moins piètre prestation que moi ^^
Ingrédients pour brioche :
375 g de farine
20 g de levure de boulanger
200g (20 cl) de lait
65 g de sucre
65g de beurre tempéré
1/2 cuil. à soupe raz de sel
1 oeuf tempéré et 1 oeuf pour la dorure
Preparation :
1. Délayez la levure dans 4 cuil. à soupe de lait tiède
2. Dans un saladier, faites un puits avec la farine tamisée, le sucre et le sel, y mélanger la levure, loeuf et le lait
3. Battez la pâte dans le saladier jusqua ce quelle se décolle des bords
4. Incorporez le beurre coupé en morceaux et battez la pâte à nouveau
5. Laissez-la ensuite reposer 1h, elle doit doubler de volume
6. Rabattez la pâte, coupez-la en 4 parts égales, formez des pâtons et les placer côte à côte dans un moule à cake et laisser à nouveau reposer 1h
7. Faites une incision avec un couteau bien aiguisé (ou des ciseaux) au centre de chaque pâton et dorer la brioche à loeuf
8. Enfournez la brioche à four moyen (200 °C) pendant 35 min

2. in a reservoir, put down the flour, the sugar and the salt, add on the yeast, the egg and the milk
3. Mix the dough, it must comes unstuck the brinks
4. Incorporate the butter and mix
5. Let rest the dough 1 hour
6. Cut the dough in 4 piece and set them alongside in a cake tin
7. Let rest the dough 1 hour
8. Gild the brioche and take it in furnace (200°C) during 35 minutes.
